Market Canary subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Account tab or through the Stripe billing portal.
When you cancel your subscription:
As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
However, we understand that issues can arise. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
New accounts receive a limited number of free notification deliveries. The trial does not require payment information and there is nothing to refund. Once the trial allowance is used, a paid subscription is required for continued notifications.
